Why are your fees higher than those of other markets?
Mosaiq Creative Productions is committed to delivering a premium marketplace experience for both vendors and shoppers. Our fees reflect the high-quality venues we select, the thoughtful curation of our vendor mix, and the exceptional event atmosphere we create. As a small, family-run business, we are proud to reinvest in our vendors’ success by offering robust marketing, supportive communication, and event enhancements. When you join Mosaiq Creative, you’re not just joining a vendor market but becoming part of a community that values creativity, quality, and connection.
Do you allow for merchants other than women?
At Mosaiq Creative, inclusion is at the heart of what we do. While we are proud to provide a space that highlights and uplifts women-owned businesses, we welcome small business owners of all genders, sexual orientations, and identities. Diversity enriches our community and creates a more dynamic and inspiring marketplace for everyone.
How long does it take to receive an answer after I submit my online application to Mosaiq Creative?
Once we receive your application, our team typically takes 3-5 business days to review it thoroughly. After the review, you will receive an acknowledgment email. If your application is approved, you can expect to meet with us within 3 business days for space planning. Once space planning is complete and a vendor space is assigned, you will receive a final confirmation email with payment details. The process from application to billing usually takes about 7-10 business days.
What is Mosaiq Creative Cancellation and Event Policy?
We are committed to maintaining fairness and transparency while ensuring the smooth operation of our events. Below are the general policies regarding cancellations, changes, no-shows, and event adjustments:
Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations. However, at the discretion of Mosaiq Creative Productions, LLC, credit may be offered for future events.
Changes: Vendors may request to change their reserved market date by submitting a written request to mosaiqcreative@gmail.com at least 15 business days before the event. Changes are subject to availability and, if approved, will incur a $50 change fee.
No-Shows: Vendors who fail to attend their reserved space without prior communication will forfeit their rental fee and may be disqualified from future events.
Payment and Confirmation: Vendor spots are not secured until full payment is received. Once payment is confirmed, the Terms and Conditions are binding unless waived in writing.
Event Adjustments and Weather Policy: Events are held rain or shine. Event times and setups may be adjusted in response to unforeseen conditions. Refunds are not issued for cancellations; however, credit for future participation may be offered at the sole discretion of Mosaiq Creative Productions.
Event Management Rights: Mosaiq Creative Productions reserves the right to refuse vendor applications, amend policies, or cancel events as necessary.
By participating in Mosaiq Creative Production LLC events, vendors agree to these guidelines, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
What kind of turnout can I expect at the market?
While we cannot guarantee turnout numbers, Mosaiq Creative Productions is committed to extensive event promotion to maximize attendance. Our marketing efforts include social media campaigns, digital advertising, community outreach, partnerships with local businesses, and engaging promotions such as giveaways. Despite our best efforts, market turnout can be influenced by external factors such as weather, competing events, and timing.
We encourage vendors to actively promote their involvement through social media and engage attendees while at the event. To attract visitors, design an inviting booth with interactive elements, special offers, or giveaways. Markets are also excellent opportunities to network with other vendors, build valuable business connections, and convert in-person interactions into online transactions. Even during slower moments, every interaction can contribute to your brand’s growth and success.
Will I have access to electricity/outlets?
Electricity access is limited and may not be available at all venues. If your setup requires electricity, please email us at mosaiqcreative@gmail.com in advance to discuss options. Vendors approved for electricity use must bring their own extension cords and any additional equipment needed.
Why wasn’t my business posted or promoted on your Instagram?
With a diverse mix of vendors at each event, we aim to highlight a variety of participants on our social media channels. While we do our best to showcase as many vendors as possible, we cannot guarantee promotion for every business due to time and capacity constraints.
We value each vendor equally and never charge for promotion. If you were not featured for this event, we will consider it for future events you participate in. Be assured that we are committed to supporting all our vendors and helping you shine!
Are permits required for vendors?
Vendors are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary permits for their business. We recommend obtaining a business license to add legitimacy to your brand. A seller’s permit is required for vendors selling taxable goods, and food vendors must have the proper health permits, including a Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permit, as applicable.
For California-based vendors, food permits can often be obtained through your local health department. Please wait to apply for any venue-specific permits until after you’ve received acceptance into the event.
What is your Social Marketing Strategy?
Social Media Campaigns
Active promotion on Instagram and Facebook, reaching target impressions weekly.
Collaboration with local influencers to amplify visibility and engage a combined audience of target followers.
Hosting giveaways on Instagram and Facebook to drive engagement, increase reach, and attract attendees excited to experience the event.

Paid ad campaigns targeting local users with specific interests in shopping, food, and lifestyle experiences.

Outreach to local businesses and organizations to cross-promote the event.
Announcements in neighborhood groups and forums on Facebook and Instagram.
Vendor Spotlights
Featuring participating vendors on our social media platforms to generate excitement and showcase the unique products attendees can expect.
